newer version 1.0.25 for Samsung Tizen TV seems fine now, fast and no more freezes :blush: .

I have the same version and it’s still not playing anything for me. Tried reinstalling and relinking.

Deezer keeps loading forever in my Samsung smart tv for the past 2 days,  I already uninstalled, installed it; updated TV firmware, reset tv configuration with no luck.

Other apps like netflix or youtube are working in the tv, and deezer is also working on my tablet

I have the same problem. This is the second time in about 6-9 months that it has happened. I have tried all the fixes suggested without success. When will there be some rock solid stable software as I am fed up paying a subscription and having to use workarounds to use it from my favoured device?

My deezer doesn't want to open on my samsung smart tv. Keeps telling me can't connect to server, try again later. I have deleted app and reinstalled a few times still no luck.

Te model is Samsung UE49KS7000.

I've been a subscriber for around 12 months without any problems. Then from yesterday I've been unable to access the Deezer app on my Samsung 6 tv. I've deleted and re-installed it without any result apart from a message advising me to try again later. I can still access it on my desk top and iPad. Can anyone help.

Same story month in and month out... Guys get Spotify!

I moved and it works perfectly. You too wont have to sit on tender hooks waiting month in and month out, whilst paying for a service that does not work.

Yes thanks, am referring to the app for a Samsung TV.

Same here. Its been a week for me doing all the restartings, resettings and version checks. All is updated, but the app on tv is very very dissapointing. It works 2 out of 10 times. That is a very poor statistic, dont say the service exists if it only works 20% of the time. 

 

Now I am resorting to playing on my phone. 

 

I have read all the threads. And all I see is excuses and blame shifting. No one has the answer, not deezer or samsung. And for me its not a new issue. Been on deezer for over 2 years and in that 2 years deezer on the tv only worked 20% of the time if I had to be generous.

Здравствуйте. На моем тв Samsung 1 неделю назад перестало запускаться приложение Deezer. Переустановка приложения не помогла. На фото экран на котором зависает приложение. Тв Samsung UE32F4510. Версия Deezer 3.008. На тв устанвлена посоедняя доступная версия ПО.

Just to mention issue from one of the previous posts. Dezzer also, at my Samsung TV, displays only 25 favorite songs.

Same here. I was just on the phone with Samsung for an hour and doesn't seem like its on there end. Did every trick and even reset TV. Nothing is working. Have no music on my B&O sound system!! How much longer?? Should I go back to apple or Tidal

Wow this has been a problem for a while now I guess looking at these comments. I’m a new deezer subscriber and hope the app for samsung works soon because your service is great. I am a deezer Hifi user by the way.

My Samsung TV too stopped to Play deezer app. This is the second time in about 6-9 months that it has happened. Deezer app  3.008 Samsung Smart hub last version. No way ti fix it

Here is my TV model: UE43MU6105K .For my part I have no real error with the application just minor problems.

Uninstalled my app from the TV and reinstalled it with no joy. 

How do I get this app to work again?

Hi @shegy You are right, we are still working on it. Some issues are still there and we are aware of it.
Our developers are working on a better version which hopefully will improve the User experience in 100%

This still hasn’t been fixed.

But the Spotify app works fine, time for a switch.

Same problem here. TV is H6400 and it worked until around 14 days ago (first half of July).

I have the same problem. Samsung TV app will not access My Music or Popular. Both just show the rotating wheel. What needs to be done?

We're almost ready to release a new TV app update for Samsung TVs @Thijmenplat @CLINTJ. This will be a brand new app, so our team won't be focusing on fixing bugs to the existing one. But testing the new one and polishing it for you instead :thumbsup_tone2:
