Samsung TV keeps loading and nothing happens (cannot play My Music)

Also unable to use Deezer on a Samsung smart TV running their latest updates. I've removed and reinstalled Deezeer multiple times and it just shows to be playing but the seeker/time doesn't move. 

 I cant access any of 'my music' it just hangs.  It takes hours to get your favourites into playlists from other devices (because this cant be done from the tv)  and then you end up not being able to listen to the playlists? What are we paying for? I'm on a premium subscription.  I have reinstalled the app and unlinked account and linked again.  NOTHING WORKS

Same issue here. Very frustrating.

Deezer dev, has the update aforementioned been pushed in all region?

Can you please tell me what troubleshooting process you guys tried so far? Is the TV Firmware updated?

I've a premium Deezer subscription, It was working the last couple of years, but now I'am unable to access the Deezer app on my Samsung tv. When I click the App I see just a loading signal and the Deezer logo. I can still access it on my desk top and iPhone.
Same issue on my UA49KU7351K, gets stuck on the loading page, despite latest firmwire or deleting and reinstalling

Just wondering if there's any update on above issue regarding the use of app on Samsung TV?
I'm currently paying for a service which is not fully available, this has been limited for some time now.

Appreciate some assistance on the matter.

Hi to all community.

I recently have a trouble with Deezer app on my samsung tv UE65MUxxx.

When I launch the app, home page is displayed. It's ok with any part of the home page. I mean I can play my Flow or select and play any suggestion of the home page.

But when I want to access to "my music", a neverending loading page appears… I just can't access to "my music"... 

I tried to uninstall and install again the app but I have the same problem…

Couls anyone can help ?

I believe that most of the TV apps are going to have a refresh/update over the next few months… hang in there hopefully sooner rather than later! :)

Previous threads with this problem have not showed how to solve this???

We haven't got many details at the moment on the looks/interface but we've been told that the app will perform better and will include Deezer common features like Monday Discovery, Sunday Chill, etc. @Raphael.Moriscot @szcooper2006 hang in there, please!

Thanks for reaching out @Prescotts, you can still try to restart the devices and your internet router for about 3 mins. Also, check if there are any firmware updates available for the TV. Generally this fixes it, but if it doesn't, there could be more to it and we need to find out :thumbsup_tone2:

Thank you for your support and patience. I'll be asking our devs about this, to find out what's wrong. In the meantime, please restart your internet router after about 3 mins.

Please assist, I cant access 'my music' from my Samsung Smart TV.  All other devices work fine.  I have reinstalled app, unlinked account, linked it back, tried again  but not winning.  I use my TV app the most of all devices.  I can sign in and access home page only. Please help

Same problem for me, also for about 2 weeks, so this has to be a real widespread problem.

My TV is SAMSUNG UE49KS7090U, bought in Germany.

TV Firmware is up to date,
I tried unplugging the TV (usually gets the job done),
I tried uninstalling Deezeer and reinstalling.

What happens is either I get "Deezer loading" message and after a few seconds I am sent back to previous HDMI input, or I then go to the DEEZER title screen when the process indicator circle spins forever

I hope you can get it fixed, because it is a real nuisance, we use Deezer on TV so much.

So there's basically no news. It feels like Deezer doesn't really takes this seriously. Is the problem so big that it takes nearly a month to fix it? To be honest; it sounds like you don't even know what causes the problems yet. So how can we expect a solution in the near future? 

We are paying for a service which is down for almost a month. 

Same same.....noticed the problem about 2 weeks ago and tried everything. I guess we'll just have to be patient. I hope people at Deezer realize that for many people, this is a major deal-breaker. And Samsung sells an awful lot of TVs...
