Hi Mark, just checking with the team to see if that's something we need to change on our side or if this is a regional restriction on their side. I'll get back to you once I know more.

And I've already got news 🙂 So we're not currently available on the Channel Islands on Alexa, but the team told me that they will work on that now and it should be available to you very very soon 🙂 We'll keep you posted @Mark B

I live 500m from France in Switzerland.
Amazon account in France.
Deezer account for whole family working everywhere including on Fitbit.

But Alexa Deezer, no way.

In fact Alexa is full crap in Switzerland despite the fact that I followed all Amazon rules.. (account in France for French)

It's ridiculous, it reminds me the 80s when all countries was protecting their own custom taxes and laws.

When will that be fixed?

Sorry, I'm not understand... what is the issue exaclity? If you are in a country that Alexa does not support Deezer, there is no much we can do from here, but pass the feedback on to our devs... 😉

i don't understand i live in the UAE (Dubai) and alexa works here and Deezer works here, but why not together?

there is no partnership with Deezer/Alexa there yet...

I'm in Trinidad and Tobago, i know we will never get this service but I'm gonna comment just to find out.
