Hello @Cynthia Steward @davedouce

Have you tried to delete the app from your Fitbit and re install it again? Then to try to link your Deezer account to the app,

If so, can you share with us some pictures of the error message that you get to check it out, please?

Thanks :)

I have contacted our devs will all the information above and as soon as I hear back from them I’ll let you know.
In the meantime, as our Superstar @Freezer mentioned, the last time this happened was a problem on their side, so I’d recommend to contact Fitbit Support as well.
Thanks :)

Hi There,

This is exactly the same issue as I have been having! I have raised an issue with the Fibit community but have heard zilch!!!

Extremely frustrating not to have music when I’m training for a half marathon in preparation for the London marathon in April, might have to look at other brands of GPS running watches if not resolved. :-(

I am having the exact same issue. Been in contact with Fitbit over chat for the last 3 hours and they have tasked me with loads to do but nothing has worked… at all. I’ve updated phone software, restarted phone and watch, deleted wifi and re added it. So much and nothing! Still coming up with Wi-Fi needs verifying.

I have logged directly with Fitbit who have suggested it's deezer's problem... Incredibly frustrating.  I'll bet someone has changed some settings and it's messed with the way the two apps talk. 🙄 Needs to be sorted or I will be dumping for a different brand... Christmas is just round the corner (and black Friday). I'll post if I get anywhere.

Same! They told me to contact Deezer despite the issue showing on the watch and app only

I am having the same issue and have tried all the same suggestions. Fitbit could not help. Here are screenshots.

Is everyone’s watch not connecting to Wi-Fi? as mine isn’t.

I think the issue lies with Fitbit as my Wi-Fi settings keeps asking me to connect, which it does, until I click back on and it says connect again so for some reason it isn’t staying connected.

Deezer needs Wi-Fi to work so obviously that’s why Deezer isn’t working from the watch.

My Deezer app works fine from the actual app on my phone

I had the same issue but I managed to solve it.

The key is to unlink your Fitbit watch app from your Deezer account and then link it again from the start.

When you tap on the Deezer voice inside “Media” in the Fitbit app “quickly”* tap on the upper-right three dots menu and select the “Unlink account” (or similar) voice. This will disconnect the app.

Now you can follow again the link Fitbit ↔ Deezer following the standard guide https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000552849-Deezer-on-Fitbit

When you have completed the steps in the guide you have to synchronize your playlists as they will never be there. After that, you can start listening to your music again.

I am not sure the issue will not appear again after a while (since I have just solved it) but, at least, we have a workaround.

Hope it helps,

Giuseppe
