When I try to load the Deezer app on my BeoVision 11 TV I just get a small circle in the bottom right of the screen. I’ve tried rebooting and resting the wi-fi, even plugging in using ethernet but can’t get Deezer to load, any ideas how I can make this work?

Is your TV Firmware updated? 

Do you have an active subscription on your account? You can not have access to Deezer on TV with a free subscription 😌

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I have a premium subscription and TV firmware is up-to-date, I have just checked for an update but the TV says it has the latest version.

 

 


I’d check with the B&O support. Sounds like it might be on their end.


Hey there, unfortunately the new version of the app is not supported on the BeoVision anymore :( 

You can still find our old one, which is your case I think, but it is not supported anymore, sorry 😣
