As many times as it is needed, why, are you the Deezer police?

I think Deezer are trying to ‘persuade’ us to move to their premium service by doing this. They are only persuading me to move to another streaming service. Or better still, get out my old cds!

Hi, i am having the same issue, I am on Windows 10, have the deezer app installed from the windows store and have even reinstalled it to try and fix the issue however no luck

I am just listening through Google and it’s fine, I can listen to a whole album too! ;-)

 

Just to tell everyone that in the meanwhile I am listening Deezer through it’s webpage and it’s working flawlessly.

I think if Deezer wanted to push people onto the premium servcie then they could do it in a better way than trying to frustrate the customer. By freezing/repeating same song they are ruining the overall experience, and doing it without any reason, makes me justnot want to purchase their premium service as that is likely to be the same.

i have the same problem. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app around 10 times in the past hour. what should i do? Btw i have the free version.

And just to add I am on the free account, it will now only play the same song no matter what I do. Very frustrating!

Just to inform that I’m also having this issue with Deezer windows app (v. 4.32.40.0)..Deezer doesn’t move to next track in a playlist..even if you press the “Next” button..it just stops after playing the first track. If you press “Play “ it starts playing the first track once again.

Me too! Opened up Deezer and it only plays one song and then just stops, nothing else happens, no ads nothing. I have logged out and back in again and I have upgraded etc...but nothing working.

I have the same problem.
Web Player, Chrome (88.0.4324.150), Windows 10.
Tried on few computers. Cleaned cache. No results.
I need to refresh web page to listen other song.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run first song here
https://www.deezer.com/ru/playlist/6122724024
or here
https://www.deezer.com/ru/playlist/1386208615
2. Listen till the end (you can mute). 
This is important step. You need to wait to get this bug. 
3. Done. Song is stopped. 
If you try to run next song, it runs the same(first) song.

Sorry to hear about that. What's happening exactly? It could be that one or another step is different.

In the meantime, you can also try to look for firmware updates to your Marantz, restart your network router, and logout from Deezer in all devices you're using it, before trying again.


Thanks for the quick reply. If I select a Radio Channel or Flow everything works fine. If I select a single track from a search or What’s Hot or Deezer Picks it plays thirty seconds and then jumps to the next song in my queue. I’m using Deezer over the Heos app and have free account if that makes a difference.

I did but no change. I saw that the site went down earlier today. Double checked on downchecker. 

Now that it is back up again, my playlist performs normally again.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it helps? Please let us know!

I have the same problem. It worked perfectly until yesterday. Now I have to keep refreshing my page in order play the next track.

 

The problem is on the Deezer site guys. I have tried on multiple browsers and the problem persists. The browsers I used are all updated. The problem occurs when accessing on my work computer (Apple iMac) and at home on my personal laptop (Windows 10)

 

It is highly unlike, given the vast differences between operating systems that the problem is on our side. 

 

Since Deezer has not been forthcoming with a solution, I am now investigating alternatives.
