Deezer app on Windows 11 - Crashes when moving between multiple monitors

I have multiple monitors (in-built laptop screen, one horizontal monitor and one vertical monitor) and I’m seeing an issue where the Deezer app crashes when I drag the Deezer window from one monitor to another.

No error message is displayed, it just closes unexpectedly.

Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 build 22621.3155

Deezer app 6.0.80

Today I was informed that with the launch of the version 7.1.330 for Windows and Mac, the issue of crashing when moving between screens, has be fixed. Now, I would appreciate your feedback on this please.

Have you tried all tips and tricks here suggested above?

Nevertheless, it seems that the fix for this crash it is not easy to fix, so for now, there isn’t any ETA when this will be fixed. Sorry for the bad news.

But please keep sharing more cases, so the issue can get more traction and visibility,

same issue on my side with a three screens setup, Deezer App crashes as soon as i try to move it around

Hi @elkixo thanks for sharing your case and sorry to hear that you have been having the same issue.

I have just share it with the team.

Have you tried all troubleshooting steps shared here. I have a set-up with 2 external screens connected to my laptop and don’t recall having the same issue. But I do use more the website that the desktop app.

Lets hope team can figure out what is the issue and come out with a solution.

Same here
Fresh install of the W11 and Deezer.
Deezer crash when I move the window, shake enabled or without, it crashes.

Hi @Ptit chat blanc @Jedve sorry to hear that you have the same issue. I do also work with multiple screens using Windows 11 and never had a crash, but to be fair I only occasional move Deezer between screens.

The team is aware about the problem, but we don’t have yet a timeline when this will be fixed.

Unfortunately, for now, we still don’t have a solution for users that still reproduce the issue.
