Deezer App not working on Samsung Smart TV (2024 model)

It might help if you did restart your TV, and check for available software updates for your TV .

Correction,

Pre previous email, TV software was updated two days ago (1st July 2025). The software update is the latest Tizen OS version v2106.

Music from fav, playlists, or anything I search for will not play. Podcasts play just fine.

Still not working. When I select a track to play, the screen appears to be frozen..

When I go the the Deezer homepage, the track appears to be playing…

Any Deezer admins on here?

I have the same issue, new Samsung 2025 TV, Deezer app loads fine, navigation is fine, logon works, but click play button nothing happens. 

Software apps set to autoupdate so will be latest version.

Tried uninstall reinstall etc, as suggested in other threads still not playing. 

Seems very similar to older reports.

Hi Mark, I spoke to Samsung about this and, after trying YouTube and Spotify for music, they concluded that it was an issue with Deezer... it doesn't play nicely with the latest Tizen update.

No official response from Deezer yet, so I'll be cancelling my subscription if I don't hear from them soon.

Tried again, uninstalled & reinstalled the app on the samsung tv, does not seem to be updated and still does not work :-( . Hoping they will put out an unpdate someday.

Spent quite a lot of time corresponding with Deezer support... pointless waste of time. I've cancelled my subscription.

Same problem here, when can we have a working version of Deezer ?

The Deezer version on my S95F is: 1.3.3 (20250217).  A factory reset of the TV didn't help. 

I've got a brand new 2025 model Samsung tv running the latest version of Tizen and I have the exact same issue. Everything seems to work apart from the play button.

Same as above , new 75inch tizen powered samsung , will.play podcasts not music ,  deezer must solve this !

Same. My Samsung tv will not actually play music from deezer.

Thanks for the fix Deezer, this morning without any additional Deezer app nor Samsung TV software updates Deezer is working again on our TV.

The Deezer app seems to be working on my Samsung TV now.

Just moved over from Spotify and when changing out all of our home tech, discovered this same issue.  Really frustrating and hope they resolve before our trial is up or we likely won’t be staying on.
