Hello!

I know Deezer did an update on June 22, and now I cannot play anything, I either get either error cannot load or it just spins out. I tried clearing the cache, I tried uninstalling and removing the SD card, I've tried everything that has been suggested to no avail. I am a paying customer so I would really love some help!

:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the tips mentioned below.

  • If you're on Android, you can clear your cache to see if it helps. For that, you need to go on settings > app > clear all
  • If you're on iOS, all you need to do is to reinstall the app

Hi.

I did all of the above more than once. I am finding that if a song is not downloaded it wont play whether I'm on wifi or not. It also takes forever to download a song. So I cant listen to any new mixes or flow as it's not downloaded to my device.

Please urgently assist.

The user reported songs have issues loading under plenty circumstances: songs either won't load, or takes too long to load. Pressing 'Try Again' doesn't always work properly, usually taking several attempts to reload in order to work.

 

Any ideas what this could be?

 

Pardon if the post seems to be misplaced in any incorrect categories. I wasn't sure the exact listing to post it under.

Deezer doesn't play any music on android and desktop site. I tried different wi-fi and cellular connections both on android and my pc.

Songcatcher isn't working on my Nokia 7.2.

Not on 4g and not on WiFi.

 

Can it be fixed?

Hello @Meens Jr, I know that album very well and it’s not an issue on the catalogue’s side, but with the app data on your mobile :slight_smile: follow the steps described in the diagram at the beginning of the topic and that should solve this issue :wink:

Ther is a problem with the song: train--greatest hits, angel in bleu jeans, the last 40sec of the song keeps repeating itself

Hello @Kevin Deezer, those steps didn't fixed it. Sometimes it works but 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t.

@Rolf van Kollenburg, sorry about that, can you go to the audio settings of the app, change the quality settings and try again.

I have downloaded an album, but now it says Unable to load and I don't have option to remove it from Downloads (it is on the downloads list).

Thank you @Kevin Deezer , however I wanted to avoid losing all my dowloaded albums and delete only this one that doesn’t seem to exist any more. Please see attached screenshot.

So I have “Tell Me Why (Radio Edit)” by Supermode track in my favorites. But when I press it the app just plays the track before. The track is not partially visible like the ones forbidden in my country. What happened?

No sound!

No sound and not loading.

it is a llittle bit pain having to do this each time is failing a song. I have been in deezer one month and I have find this problem in 2 songs in 15 days XD…

I hope this will be filled by deezer team in the future.
