SONOS - be able to control SONOS via Deezer App instead of SONOS App

There has been years since this feature, and there is no solution yet. I've came again from another service to check if something has changed and nope. I must return again to spotify because I cannot control my sonos from your app, its not that difficult brou, but you keep loosing people because of this.

Neither you, Tidal, Apple music, google music, just spotify can control sonos from their own app, its annoying.

I know you guys are working on it; but it definitely needs to be a feature. It’s UX at its finest to be able to just transition (through Audio Airplay 2) to different devices. Assuming you’re working on this anyway with iOS 14 around the corner and the functionality it brings with AirPods Pro.

To confirm here; I‘m referring to Mac OS X primarily as well. Just realised I can stream directly to Sonos through the Deezer app now! :)

This is so important!  I’m looking for a new streaming service once Google Play Music is killed, and this is the one feature keeping me from switching to Deezer.

Casting directly to Sonos from GPM was great. YTM doesn't have this feature. The Sonos app is terrible and doesn't give full choice of Deezer content.

If Deezer could add the ability to cast directly to Sonos, it would sure make a lot of us happy, especially those like me that switched to Deezer from GPM.

Just to chime in, the Sonos app is terrible as it doesn’t allow selecting more Flows that the main Flow. In order to use any of the daily or weekly flows, you have to first use the Deezer app to save it to a playlist, and then find that playlist in Sonos. That’s really annoying since Flows update so often (which is a good thing!).

Hi there! I just switched from Spotify to Deezer. I was in LOVE and totally refreshed until I realized that you can't use the Deezer app to play through Sonos. Is their an eta on when this function will be added? Sadly might have to go back to Spotify because of this. The Sonos app is terrible and you lose so much functionality when using it - therefore I never use it. Darn! Au mon dieu....

Sorry we're unable to offer that kind of control at the moment. Please vote for this idea here too, so that we can add more support to the project.

There isn't an ETA at the moment because it's a big feature to develop, but in the meantime, we're also working to improve the Sonos app integration. You'll be able to access more Deezer features via the app, not just the current ones. It's under development as we speak, so once I've got more details, I'll be sharing here. I hope to get more news in the next couple of months 

Sonos apps (Sonos S1 and S2) are really bad. I've been with deezer for such a long time but if I can't access my Sonos via deezer I'm going to give up on deezer and go to Spotify 😣. Any solution now?

Our teams are working on improving the features via the Sonos app, so that's the first step we're taking. Then we still have a big project to tackle here, so I encourage you to vote for it too 

This is so important. I got a promo code for 4 months of free Deezer Premium and I still chose to keep paying for a competing streaming service because its Sonos integration is way better. I really want that same concept of being able to play my music anywhere (laptop, phone, Sonos) and control it from anywhere (laptop, phone, Sonos).

I hope you build Sonos integration into the Deezer app soon. I switched to Deezer from Tidal as I prefer the Deezer curated playlists. Sonos can be controlled from the Tidal app, so I hope Deezer follows suit.
