There should be no gap between tracks running into each other. This is a basic thing for the listeners experience.

Although Deezer passes this of as an idea, I think this is mandatory for a music player. Vinyl had it, cassettes had it, CD'S had it, you can't tell me a coded music player is not able to implement this.

This is ridiculous! I paid upfront for a year of Hifi and find that there's gaps between the tracks. Why is this even a problem for them to resolve? It needs bumped up on the list of priorities! Tried listening to Dark Side of the Moon last night and it just ruins the flow. SORT IT OUT!

After being frustrated with other services, I figured I'd give Deezer a try. I cannot believe that in 2018 this service does not have Gapless Playback. I did a search for this topic here and found a few threads a while back here the Deezer support were saying crossfade was their approach. It's not a good approach at all. For those who want to know what I am talking about, listen to an album like Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon. The Deezer approach is terrible and unfortunately I cannot give this company any money and will look at other services. It's sad because I did like other aspects of their app.

Same here. This should be mandatory for a music player.

Definitely, it's 2018.

Hi there, we already have this feature called Crossfade although not in every app. Please find out more here
Please let me know if you are using a device or app that does not have this feature.

I want to add for those looking for Gapless Playback, the You Tube Music Product team did a Q/A on Friday, Sept 21st and said they are planning on bringing Gapless Playback to their service. I hope Deezer sees this and follows suit.
"When will you bring Gapless Playback, which is essential for those of us who listen to albums by bands like Pink Floyd?
Mentioned above, but we do know that Dark Side of the Moon just isn’t the same without true gapless and are working on it :)"

Hi, I am using Deezer on the Android App. Do you know when it will be available to Android users and not just IOS?

@Flores I merged your post into this topic. Please vote for this idea. We've already passed this on to the team as it's one of our most voted ideas and we hope that this will be implemented very soon. We'll keep you posted 🙂

Voted for this too - its a red-line issue for me, a lot of the music I listen too is spoiled if not played gapless.

A bit of a shame, as its a decent streaming service otherwise. A thumbs up to Deezer for offering a trial period though, I'd hate to have subscribed and then discovered the problem.
