Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

Hello

First of all I know that (at the moment) the number of tracks appearing on mobile devices is less than on desktop. On my desktop app (PC) I have 1913 tracks in favourites - nearly full!

On my android tablet - in beta mode - under "my music" it also lists that I have 1913 tracks under "favourites", but if I click on favourites, it changes this to 1597.

On my android phone running the beta app it is different. Under "my music" it doesn't list the number of tracks in "favourites", and when I click on it it shoes 1594 tracks. So a different cap is applied to different mobile android devices.

I though all mobile devices were limited to 1000 tracks. But even if you are slowly increasing this, why the difference? And how come my tablet recognises all my favourites on one view and only ca. 80% of them on another view?

In the deezer page in firefox i had 1,348 favorite tracks, but in the windows 10 app only 1000 appear, the most recent ones are not there. How do i fix it?

We are working on lifting the limit on most of our apps, but please note that we currently do not develop the Windows Desktop app. Please check our new Desktop Beta app which we update regularly 🙂

@Eugene.Kalinin I merged your post into this idea. We've already increased the limit for Android beta and soon iOS will follow 🙂 Please note that these changes require a lot of work which is why we couldn't remove a limit completely for now.

But this will hopefully change in the future 🙂

Hi, I'm from Brazil and i use deezer very often from my mobile phone. Everytime I listen to a song I know I add it to my favorites. The problem is that when the number of favorite songs
surpassed 1600, the favorite icon (heart) for the songs > 1600 is not active.

I use the app on a Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) and my subscription is for Deezer Premium.
