Deezer Family and HiFi subscription

About the wav files download, it's an interesting suggestion - perhaps create its own topic here in the ideas forum 

Ever since HiFi came to mobile, I really would want a HiFi family plan. That would be awesome! 

I did vote for it on that community page. 

This is the one thing preventing me from switching to Deezer 🙁 Really love Deezer's UI and sound quality but a family plan is essential for me.

@CommanderT This actually reminds me of the Zune service I had a Looong time ago. You paid $15 dollars a month for unlimited streaming and syncing to your Zune, and you got to pick 10 tracks every month that you were able to keep forever without DRM. 

Pretty awesome concept, but I feel like the times where a majority of people that would care are gone. Most opt for the convenience of having someone else put up the hard drive space and stream from their servers, but man would I love if that kind of thing came back. 

Here’s an idea to take it one more level: modular family plan!

• each extra account is $6 for Premium or $12 for HiFi
• Or if you want to align better with Premium then probably $3 for Premium and $12 for HiFi

That gives a lot of flexibility because I imagine many cases where not every family member needs HiFi. 

We are still waiting for a HiFi family plan. 

I'm sure if you price it between 20 and 25€ many of us will make the jump. 

I'm now looking for other music providers. It's a shame after all these years and since Deezer is from my country. 

But I want to enjoy HiFi music 

Hopefully, you can come up with a HiFi family package soon.

Albeit you have great suggestions on how this plan would work, the truth is that it's a bit more complicated to make it happen. As a music streaming service, we have to convince all labels and music distributors about a new pricing structure. This is just to let you know that it doesn't depend solely on us, but on the industry as well. So we take your feedback and thank you for your understanding. Hopefully, we can make it happen in the future.

So how did Tidal which seems to be fairly new in the game managed to be ahead of the crowd, while the revenue you're generating towards labels and distributors, put you in a good position to negotiate or at least a better position than Tidal?

I'll answer with another question: you know Deezer for quite a while, have you compared our catalogue to the one from the app you mentioned? 

I was just giving an example of how challenging this could be - it isn't about our position solely. Our product managers are still looking into this, it's just not going to be done in the near future. But hopefully, this will change next year, thank you for your support and feedback
