Deezer Discord rich presence

A rich presence is not even hard to implement, Freezer client (Rest In Peace) has Rich Presence, if you don’t want a client, xbox has had Rich Presence for years.

Rich Presence is free advertising for Deezer. It should be high priority.

No one is saying it isn’t free advertising or not a smart choice to implement, it just shouldn’t be a priority, there’s plenty of other features/bugs that need to be fixed with their software.

Any news about Discord Rich Presence on deezer? I'm having to use Spotify because it doesn't have on deezer

no wonder deezer is far behind spotify they have no clue what the community wants remember how long we waited for a dark mode … i dont think we will ever get Discord Rich Presence .i ve started to transfere all my playlists to spotify just in case deezer shuts its doors.

Would love to see this added.

Honestly, the reason why i don’t want to use the browser to listen to music is simply that I often have more websites open and don’t want the deezer tab to interfer or get accidentally closed by me. And at least for Firefox, i couldn’t find a maintained RPC AddOn.

But i just found this, which works great for the last 20 minutes i used it:

It’s a chromium based app which displays the deezer web app and has a nice Discord RPC integration. The real question is, why the official desktop app isn’t just a fancier version of this.

It’s just a shame for deezer that we have to trust 3rd parties to get this highly wanted feature.

No updates from our devs I am afraid. I understand your frustration but It’s still a not for now.
