Deezer Discord rich presence

Hi, i come from the French community, i just wanted to say that i’ve been waiting for this integration for too long, i might cancel my subscription to join spotify, i’ve been waiting for this for over 2 years, i can’t imagine waiting 4+ years.

I really think that overall, Deezer beats Spotify, but this feature is just too important to me.

Yeah, really thinking about quitting Deezer for this behaviour… I mean, even if u only got 1 developer, it would maybe take him half a day to implement this… Unfuckingbelievable, nothing else.

4 years and nothing, I wonder if Deezer have any dev at all...

Realistically, a feature like this doesn’t bring Deezer much money.
I’m sure they’re working on things like seamless playback, exclusive playback, etc.

At least, one can hope so, so far this last year I think the only update I “noticed” that has been good was flow moods, which, is pretty horrible as the desktop platform is still quite lacking compared to others, I hope they’ll push more QoL features like mentioned above and eventually add the niceties like some DRP, sure, it’s not a priority but it’ll bring in “some” subscribers by way of getting their name all over Discord where it currently isn’t.

I know Spotify’s rich presence brings them quite some sales, people like social features full stop.
