Our master account is mine and I've created two secondary accounts: my wife, and my daughter (6 years old).

Could we add a way to have the secondary accounts log in without needing to log into the master account? Here are the reasons:

1. I use a really complex password that my wife cannot remember.
2. My daughter is using our old Squeezebox and it only can connect to the master account and no secondary. If the secondary user could independently log in, that wouldn't be a problem. I'm guessing many more apps would act like this.
3. Sonos only allows 1 Deezer source per email address. Allowing secondary user login would circumvent this issue.
4. My Master account isn’t interested in kiddy music but because we do listen to kiddy music on Sonos and Squeezebox, the Flow will be affected by and ruin it.

Family members can be added to a Deezer Family plan as an Independent account with their own password or a Profile. Please see here -

One user is account holder, and then hi can add users by email to this family account.

Every user of family account should login with his email and password and not by shared email and password.

Hi @Rudi apols if it has been covered - but the answer doesn’t leap out at me… what music is contained within a kids profile? Can my boy listed to David Bowie and The Who, or is it limited to someone’s perception of what a child listens to i.e. nursery rhymes and other snooze-worthy material?

@michael.tanousis Deezer Kids profiles are for very young children. If your child is a teenager and would like to listen to David Bowie or The Who I highly recommend creating a regular profile and simply turn off explicit content

Thanks @Pia.Deezer

What is the criteria for explicit content?

Hi there @michael.tanousis

The criteria are based on profanity found on the track, and Pia suggestion could be the best option.

For more info on explicit content, please see here :thumbsup_tone2:

Yes, maybe we can begin with creating an access that requires a password for each profile. In the mean time, the team can work to implement the idea of creating a new account based on a profile…
