To clarify, I mean double-clicking on the highlighted section that appears when you hover over a track.

Log in for the desktop application doesn’t log in and this really needs to be addressed.  Clicking ‘Log In’ creates a pop-up browser window that says I’m logged in but I cannot use the application anyway.  What purpose is there for having a piece of software that requires a login that doesn’t actually log the user in and instead requires the use of the website? 

On top of that, clicking the close button doesn’t close the thing.  This application does NOT need two minimize buttons.
This is nothing short of atrocious design.

No, you aren't! @Hizium our latest 5.2 seemed to have dealt with this issue we've had for quite some time :relaxed: glad you're enjoying it!

Just saw the new web interface and to my horror I cannot find a way to have newly added tracks on top. I personally hate having my newest songs on the bottom because that would mean scrolling down about 800 tracks or more to get to the music I want. I usually listen to stuff I recently discovered so having it at the bottom is quite unlogical. 

 

I do hope that I missed the option and it’s still there, if not please don’t do this to the app.

I’ve mentioned this before , but I can’t emphasize the importance of such a function on the App for Windows 10. 
Sometimes people need to listen to their downloaded Deezer tracks & still use the internet for other tasks , the only way round this is to block Deezer in your firewall forcing the offline mode , but even this is problematic if you are not the admin of the computer and you are simply using a user account.
Please can you add such a simple feature that will fix so many issues.

It would be great if the arrow (back and forth) remembered the position of the view… Currently it always goes back to the top of the view, instead to where we left the view.

Hey there, the option is still there just a bit hidden, if you zoom out on the browser page you will see the voice “Added” and you can sort them by Recently Added from there./

Can you please let me know, why the hell did the Mac desktop app window is now inverted!?!?!?!

Left panel went to right side! Why!?!

And everything else as changed from left to right!!!…

You're right, it shouldn't take that much space at all.

I recommend you to uninstall the app, then search for %appdata or similar to find the Deezer folder and delete it. Keep us posted :thumbsup_tone2:

Having to click the “play button” in web app?

 

Hello, lately it seems that the possibility to play songs by just double clicking them has dissappeared, meaning I now have to hover over the album picture to press the play button. This makes it harder to use in my mind, just clicking on the row/blank space to play is often times a lot faster. 

 

Apparently this is only when clicking in a playlist, not in albums or artist profiles etc.

You know @kwads we've received similar feedback to yours about this. It's very important, thank you for supporting these improvements.

We need to look into these visuals this year - I'll forward your comments with screenshots to our devs and will highlight there are more users like you as well. I personally agree we need to look into this :thumbsup_tone2:

Give more contrast to the progress bar colors. Sometimes it’s okay, yellow or red on dark gray. But sometimes it’s just dark green or dark blue on dark gray and eyes must really strain to see the position.

It’s the second time I got the friday releases playlist, and I think it’s rather inconvenient that it reuses some tracks from the week before, but mixes in the new tracks. Maybe it should be sorted by release date, so that you can quickly listen just to the new additions.

Thanks for the feedback @SteveWired we also love hotkeys but have you tried adding Deezer to your accessibility settings? It works on Macs :wink:

Hey @JamMaestro thanks for the feedback. Just this out for me, please. Open an artist profile, scroll down to their albums and then select the list view on the top right - is this something to what you're looking for? (to have an idea)
