why don't i get a notification?

I don't get notified of the new songs and albums of my favorite artist.
all my settings are good, even on the phone. Email is also on, it doesn't come either.

I have the problem too, like @pauluszlevi.
I haven't received any notifications about new releases from artists that I have in my favorites for a month.
Just sharing playlists or albums from users I follow works.

Hey there @dee_dirk and @pauluszlevi,

this is something that is going to be worked on very soon. 

For the time being there is a sort of filtering on the notifications, 

so you only receive the notification of releases of “smaller” artists, since the other releases are already being pushed on the home page. 

Just adding that I’m not getting any notifications on iOS and Android. All settings look good.

Hi, I know this is has already been answered, but just to add my voice to this thread: It’s quite frustrating to use the Deezer notifications knowing that they are hit or miss. Until I found this page I believed that my app had a bug. I would love to know about every single release of my favourite artists, especially since these are non-invasive notifications.

In any case, thanks for the great app!

Yes, I’m afraid that this is still the same. No notifications here.

I don't get any notifications for my saved podcasts. All settings checked multiple times on phone and app. Very frustrating 😡
