The "Shuffle my music" feature is getting worse

Both.  It’s being extremely temperamental.  Over the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed a lot of repeat songs even though I thought Deezer had fixed it a couple months ago.  (See earlier in this topic.) 

Today, hitting the “Shuffle My Music” button will do nothing about 90% of the time on all three platforms that I use (Android app, desktop app, web browser).  I did just get it to work on the web browser, even though I had made no changes.  It gave me a normal length queue, but with quite a lot of repeats from previous shuffle sessions.

The desktop app worked once and gave me a queue with ONE song (haha) and didn’t add more after it.

It seems like this problem is not fully corrected from a couple months ago, especially with the repeat songs coming back.

Honestly, have tech firms given up on testing anything? Deezer is a disaster for this. Do some work, role it out, people complain, we're working on a fix. Months later, nothing.

No - please just stop releasing stuff without a proper testing process.

This has happened so many times in my years of using Deezer. Why do fixes to very recently created issues take months or years to fix?

The only thing stopping me moving right now is an annual sub and the moaning I'll have from family members when they need to move playlists elsewhere. Once the sub is up, that's it though.
