How to upload Guidance recording on Deezer for new visitor?

We are running gaming site realapkclub. I have recorded some audio private notes related to payment procedure after buying premium games so that I can share with the only those members who buy something from our sites. I just wanna ask can I upload audio note on Deezer so that they can listen their issue through Deezer.
