Disable "Your computer seems to be offline" message when blocking *.braze.com

Deezer on desktop shows a “Your computer seems to be offline” message every few minutes consistently. It makes requests to “sdk.iad-01.braze.com“ at the same time. Functionality for the user is not impacted but I still get this annoying message every time. I don’t want to allow whatever metrics you’re tracking and Deezer isn’t offline. Stop showing me this.

The issue still persists today. Very annoying.

This is awfully poor. Makes me rethink my decision to move to Deezer.

Tbh, it’s a dead thread. 3 years and no one cares about it. The community manager comment above abviously has no clue.

Please log in to your Deezer account on a PC or Mac, and click on the following link to access your Account Settings : dzr.fm/account.
In the My Information tab, you can modify your Privacy Settings (cookie and tracking technology policy).
In the Notification Preferences tab, you can decide on your communication preferences (the automated notifications and emails you receive from Deezer).
You can also contact our Deezer Support Team  and one of our agents will happily amend or delete your first and last names or your phone number on our system, should you wish.
Thanks

Does this mean that by default Deezer tracks our information and provides to other vendors without requesting  from explicit permission from us? 1035 vendors?

Like others, I’m worried about my privacy, implemented an ad and tracking blocker and not I get the annoying message “Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to reconnect.”
Its not offline.
What URLs does Deezer need me to whitelist? And why?
I already allowed rec.deezer.com what else do I need to allow? sdk.iad-01.braze.com?

By the way, modifying the privacy settings and notification preferences, doesn’t fix this message.

I’ve tried logging to Deezer with Chrome in Incognito mode and it looks like the issue is not visible.

Can anyone verify ?
