Our Desktop/Web app can improve, and we need your help

This is the topic dedicated to all problems you may face when using our desktop and web apps, big or small.

What should I post here?

if the app is acting in an unusual way, when you click on the menus and buttons, for example
if the player is displaying error messages, or if the playback is interrupted, let us know
if you're unable to login, or if the app kicks you out, we need to be aware too
if it simply crashes on you, when you connect or not to a device, it's better to leave a comment
if you have tips or workarounds to share, they'll be very welcome too

Hi there,

I’m trying to use Deezer desktop on my pro PC, no luck.

Windows 10 1903

16 GB of RAM

Connected to my home wifi

Deezer 4.28.0.

I can search, browse artists, tracks, etc, but I can’t play anything. The progress bar is stuck at 00:00 and nothing happens.

I tried with Firefox 83, and I get an error message: “An error occurred. Please try again later”. Very informative indeed.

Deezer on my iPhone 8, on the same wifi network, works well.

I also tried to shutdown the firewall, re-install the application, no luck. I just can’t use Deezer on my computer.

Exactly the same problem. I tried ANYTHING, it is just not working. it ioens, i can search and everything but when I click play, absolutely nothing happens.

I am on a trial period and since it is not a free service, I cannot pay for a service that does not work correctly, sorry, fix this desktop app once for all Deezer...

It’s not playing music. No matter how much I click Play, nothing happens. I’ve already reinstalled it and repaired Windows, but nothing worked. The problem is clearly with the app itself. Please fix it!

Same. Windows, that version got installed as an update. Play button does nothing. Tried rebooting, uninstall/reinstall, no music.
