When doanloading the Mac app from your website:

I am able to install it. And when trying to launch the Desktop app, I get this:

@Jaime.Deezer Can you release fix for re-login at windows. Sometimes app automatic logoff whe pc go to ofline or windows crush.

When you start app, he want to login. But sometimes PC is offline and i can acces to my offline downloaded music because i cant’t login without internet

I am unable to type using my normal phone keyboard when searching for songs. It is not accepting my predictive text format.

I have uninstalled and still the same.

Hello! Just wanted to notice some annoying bug on Windows 11 at this moment:

  When you delete a track in your own playlist, and select another track to listen in the same playlist, it plays another track. It happens always. I will explain it again, I have my own playlist with three tracks A, B and C. I delete track A. I press to play track B, but it starts to play track C. To fix this I need to open Deezer App again.

any update on this issue?
I just joined Deezer and suddenly encountered this window crash issue on Windows 11 pro

please release the fix release for the desktop app asap

I cannot open the Deezer desktop application, as it crashes after authentication through the main site. I got the following error in the command prompt:

I have uninstalled and then re-installed the application, but the problem persists.

OS: Windows 11, browser: Mozilla Firefox, app version: 6.0.210

Problem with login into app as it looks from outside
