I am trying to request access to my artist account and but i got a message saying that the album doesn't belong to me or doesn't exist. How can I resolve this?

I have all informations including UPC

Hi, I’m still not able to request my artist backstage page.  How do I get this? I have 3 songs released and is part of this EP. How can I get help?

Its been like almost a week I have submitted my request to get access or claim my artist profile on deezer  and I haven’t heard anything from you guys yet. What do I do now?  Its just I couldn’t be able to get access to my profile yet.

Hello, I filled out the request acess form on July 6, 2020 and so far I haven't received the confirmation back. I tried again but it appears that it was already requested. I need to have access to my artist profile to enter information and analyze the statistics.
