music plays in reverse order

One Hit Wonder

So I go to my favourite tracks and select the first track, I have it off shuffle, and am expecting it to play through my music but it won't. If I select a random track further down my list then press skip, it goes back a track not forward a track. 

My app is up to date.

I get a lot of other issues, like the music just stops randomly. A lot.

 

I dont know exactly what I'm paying for tbh as I'm not getting much of a service. I only want to play my music.

Hey  @Jody Perkins, 

Try these steps first: 

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app
