Hello deezer friends, 

 

I have some trouble with my deezer account on an android device. But first, I am using deezer family with 3 sub-accounts on 5 devices. Only one device makes some trouble. It’s an old Samsung Galaxy S7, running with an android custom rom lineage os. 

I was wondering because the google play store does not offers me to install the deezer app. Every other app I was searching for is available, But I don’t know why deezer not. I have 2 more android devices with lineage os, with no deezer problems. But ok, no deezer installation in the play store, so I downloaded the app in the aurora store, or made a an apk file download from apkmirror.com.

 

With all versions of the app, I have the problem that in every album oder playlist, the deezer app stops playing at every end of each track with the error message (translated in english) ‘playback error, can not load content’

 

Of course I have made a re login and reinstalled the app several times. I tried the battery consumption optimization option, but same behavior.

 

Anyone any idea?

Maybe is problem on your Samsung device and you need update your phone software !?

thanks for your answer. There is no more update available for my samsung device. And unfortunately I made allready all tipps in your support link. 

 

Of cause, the reason of my problem has to be in the lineage rom version, but it is an unofficial build of lineage, because my samsung galaxy s7 device is eol from samsung and eol from the official lineage support.

Maybe you don't have much internal storage space on Samsung Galaxy S7 android ?!
To fix this, you'll need to make some space by deleting apps and/or media .
You can also add external storage, such as a Micro SD card, to your phone.
