help since new update cant use voice to play music

Since last updates I cant control my music via voice it was working  fine on my google enabled speakers im paying for family  plan disgusting  service also it's so difficult  to connect with customer service online impossible not happy sort this out I checked if was my software at fault  but no Spotify works awesome it's crazy Deezer there is always problems with you guys sort it out or you are going to lose alot of customers
