deezer doesnt work

Hello, 

 

My spotify stopped working and having going through forums could not fix it. I found deezer as an alternative. I just downloaded the app, signed up to premium and downloaded an album. It also doesn't work. Just says 'loading any second now.it does this when I'm connected to wifi and when I'm not, it allowed me to download an album. Just not play it. 

 

Iv heard loads of things in other forums, re download, Uninstall, switch off, clear cache. None of these work. 

 

Any help?

    Downloading doesn't work, okay, but is it possible to stream music or a podcast?

    You have an older version, also what version of Android do you have on your phone…

        Android system 11. My phone did an update June 28 which is when the problems started happening I think.  

        I just downloaded deezer so I had the up to date version. However iv noticed if I uninstall deezer then install, a song will stream. If I leave it a few hours nothing plays again, I can uninstall then install and it'll work again. Repeat.
