Hello @eried,
Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce the issue.
Can you make sure your Android Auto is updated?
Could you please send us a video of what is happening?
Thanks a lot!
Hello @eried,
How are you connecting to Android Auto - by cable or wireless?
Are you running the latest stable versions of Deezer and Android Auto?
Is your car radio’s firmware up-to-date?
I’ll assume you are connecting by cable, and responded Yes to the other two questions.
If that’s the case, it’s often a case of the cable that you use - this issue gets exacerbated and even affects navigation causing Android Auto to disconnect from time to time. Buying a genuine cable often solves this frustrating issue - can you try that?
If you are connecting to Android Auto wirelessly, kindly share a short video of what is happening as @Yula suggested.
Hi, yes is via wire. The wire, firmware and everything is good. I can play youtube music, spotify and pocketcasts in the same instance without any skips. I will try to record a video
