I can't listen offline because it says that my device is connected to 0 devices and I'm the only one connected on that account. I have an Android phone. What solution is there?

Hi

What about online music ?

Start by navigating to www.deezer.com  and go to your profile image .

Choose Account settings > My connected devices

Check which devices are listed there . If you see any unrecognizable devices click on Unlink this device

You can also unlink all the devices , even if one of them is yours . Then you can try to login from your android phone again and see if you can listen to music .

As a security measure I would also suggesting to reset your password by going to https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

Well same for me I cant listen to offline, and it says cant use 0 devices connected, I checked for any devices on my settings but there were none. PLEASE HELP ME

@Alexander2123382 could you please share a screenshot with the error message?
You can’t access any of your downloads while offline?
Thanks

If you're experiencing issues with Spotify saying your device is connected to 0 devices and you're unable to listen offline, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue on your Android phone:

1. Check Spotify Offline Mode

  1. Ensure Offline Mode is Disabled: Open the Spotify app on your Android phone.
  2. Go to Settings: Tap on your profile icon at the top right, then tap on "Settings".
  3. Check Offline Mode: Make sure that "Offline mode" is toggled off. When Offline mode is on, Spotify disables all network access and you can only listen to downloaded music.

Er...what is Spotify? 😁😉
