You probably created a new account by mistake and your original Deezer account has other credentials.

I can’t change my password because it’s connected with my old e-mailadres.

I cannot login to Deezer on my phone. Tried to reinstall the app, and also tried to reset password. Doesn't work, just freeze at login page indefinitely.

I took screenshot when I just started to log in, and second screenshot is 3 min later. As you see nothing happened, no error message nothing. By the way the progress wheel was rotating all this time, although of course you cannot see it on a screenshot.

I closed my old email account without changing it on my Deezer account, but because it's still linked via Facebook and my Google account, it still works, but would still like to change it officially as the old email account was hacked and I've noticed a lot of "crashes" and "unable to load" "error" never had trouble before!
