I can’t log into Deezer

I don’t remember my password
Click on Forgot your password? and enter the email address you used to create your Deezer account, then click on Reset your password.
An email will be shortly sent to that address, don’t forget to check your spam folder!
Password reset links expire within an hour of being sent for security reasons.

I want to change my email address or my password
→ On deezer.com :
- Click on your profile picture
- Click on Account Settings
- Go to the My information tab
- Select Change next to your email or password
- For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your identity with a six digit confirmation code sent to your email.
- Enter your new email address or password
- Re-enter your new email address or password
- Select Save changes
→ On the mobile app :
- Open Favorites
- Go to Settings
- Go to Manage my account (My account for iOS users)
- Select Change your email address or Change password
- For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your identity with a six digit confirmation code sent to your email.
- Enter your new email address or password
- Re-enter your new email address or password
- Select Save changes
The code will expire after 10 minutes. Once expired, you'll need to ask for a new code
If you don't have access to this email address, or if you get a message saying that this email address is already used, you'll need to contact Deezer Support

You probably created a new account by mistake and your original Deezer account has other credentials.
