Tip: Deleted playlist on Deezer? Easy to restore...

You have put together a nice collection and invested a lot of time in creating playlists. Then this: You accidentally deleted a playlist that you had prepared for father's 60th birthday.

 

Shit, and now? :disappointed_relieved::tired_face:

 

Good news:

Deezer has saved the last deleted playlists (maximum 50) from the past 30 days → the recovery can be fixed on its own and without(!) Customer support.

  1. Log in to your own account at deezer.com. :exclamation:
  2. Follow this link -> http://www.deezer.com/profile/me/playlists/recover
  3. Click on the playlist that you want to restore. :notes:
  4. Look into the favorites, possibly update once, then the restored playlist appears. :white_check_mark:
  5. Be happy. :blush::headphones:

:bangbang:  The above-mentioned steps leads to success in the vast majority of cases. However, a basic recovery guarantee cannot be given.

    Hi community,

    My daughter complains all her playlists have gone. She is a child so a bad manipulation is possible.

    I have tried the playlist recover page but I don’t see her deleted playlists there.

    The question is: Does the playlist recovery page show the playlists of all the members of an account? If yes, then there was probably a bug. If not, is there a way to access them?

    Hi ​@horvath_C74 please keep in mind that you need to be logged in on your daughter’s account on a PC/Mac first and then click on the following link to check if any deleted playlist can be recovered:  https://www.deezer.com/en/profile/me/playlists/recover
    Let me know if that works, otherwise, you’ll need to contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will help with your request.
