Scrobble Last.fm from Deezer not working

It is possible to link your Deezer account to your Scrobble Last FM account from a computer/laptop using this link:

https://www.deezer.com/account/share

You should see the Scrobble as the option on the right.

    As far as I remember, Deezer’s internal scrobbling option wasn’t working correctly around that time and was simply lagging several hours with submitting the scrobbles to your Last.fm account, so probably it was coincidence that it started working for you again after reinstalling. This lagging occurs from time to time, and the only thing you can do in this case is wait.

    no, it's not a valid excuse. I have some very big playlists at Deezer, which makes it hard to leave. I don't think Deezer cares, even if all the Last.fm users leave, because I don't think it is a very large group of costumers.

      @walter.dijkshoorn this thread has had 180+ replies and more than 8000 views (without counting anything posted to last.fm, reddit or elsewhere). Hopefully it will put some pressure on deezer to get things done or at least to revert all changes made to the last time the features in question were working.

          Svo, you can use a 3rd party scrobbler for phone scrobbling. There are several of them, and they all seem to have better scrobbling implementation than Deezer natively had.

          @walter.dijkshoorn and @Sergey R - this has been going on for over 2 months now. I have cancelled my family subscription after a year and a half, as the customer service has been disgraceful so far.

          Hopefully more users will follow suit and make deezer understand that this is an actual issue and that pinning the problems to last.fm will not make them magically disappear. "Passing the issue to the devs" is not a valid excuse when the issue has been ongoing for 2+ months.

            @Svo nope, currently there is no way of scrobbling from an iOS device.

              I hope so, Rafael! I just installed Spotify. if your people aren't able to fix the problem within two weeks, I'll transfer my playlists to Spotify and cancel my subscription.
