please, help me, i can't login / NÃO CONSIGO LOGAR


Toda vez que tento usar o Deezer no celular, ele não permite que eu faça login nem com número de celular nem como e-mail. TODA VEZ.

Acabo de alterar minha senha e mesmo assim NÃO CONSIGO ACESSAR. Os pagamentos estão em dia.

At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.
