Playlists and songs are missing

A few days ago Deezer suddenly stopped my premium contract and I wasnt able to buy a new one. Everytime I tried to buy it it said: user not eligible to buy. I just tried again and luckily it worked. But now most of my playlists are gone and in the playlist that are still there a lot of songs are gone. I tried to restore but that doesnt work. I dont see anything that I can restore.

I also wasnt informed about that the previous contract was coming to an end. I really dont understand what happened😔 Really hope someone can help!

 

Im in spain for holidays.
