No playlist picture/covers in iOS/Android and Desktop/Web apps

A Lot of playlist (Created by me) loses their pictures. Reshuffeling songs does te trick but the next day the same situation again!

Both iOS as Windows10 APP (I don't have Android)

Please see from @JaccoH's example above and reinstall the app to the latest version. Then get back to me to let me know if the issue persists :wink:

Hi @vita @Leon_Feldman @JaccoH we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I have checked all your Deezer accounts and was able to see all your playlist covers.

Please make sure there are more than 4 songs in your playlist.

Please let me know whether it does load the playlist covers while you have Wifi. Please let me know whether you have added photos/covers for these playlists yourself before this happened. Thank you

We stuck going in circles. You see in this thread, I am not the only one. It is about playlists with automatically generated pictures. Playlists with more than 4 songs, these pictures disappear after a day. In both mobile as Windows. WiFi or 4g. All other playlists I have added pictures by myself and they remain visible. Ok?

Same thing like @JaccoH have. Playlist with more than 4 songs and etc.

Android 9. Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Deezer 6.1.22.1.

And also I noticed one thing. If I create a new empty playlist and then add a songs to it, it will have the picture. But picture disappears if I just rename playlist or disappears latter by itself. Thank you for attention.
