A few days ago I had to re-log into my account. After doing this, I realize that even though I was in my account, my music playlist looked outdated from years ago so a lot of my music is gone. Also, the app kept asking me for a payment, requesting to sign up for subscription even though I’ve been signed up and on automatic payments forever. So signed up for the subscription process a payment again even though a payment for this moth had already precessed. 
 

CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED? & ALSO TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO RESTORE ALL OF MY MUSIC?

On that case you probably logged into another account, with a different login details of the previous one. 😐

The best thing to do is to contact our Customer Care team, they can have a look on it and find other accounts you probably have and merge all in one.🙇🏽
