Hello 

I had a family account in the past and since I’m not anymore with a family account I lost all of my sub account

I don’t have the ids of these accounts, can you try to find it for me please ?

So I can migrate thelm to a new account

If the profiles are not linked to the main account anymore then they were independent accounts.

Unfortunately we can not help you find them, can you ask the members of the family the email addresses they used?

Unfortunately, since your Family subscription is no longer active, you can no longer access profiles.
In order for these to be converted into independent accounts, you would have to book Family again. Then you can convert the profiles.
