Hi @Perec75 please contact our Deezer Support Team via live webchat and one of our agents will send you a code and you’ll be able to do it straight away while you chat with her/him.

I  want to change my password, but the reset code arrives too late.  :(  I get the code 3-4 hours later. Under this time the code is expired.

Hello @pierrequiroule what you need to do is to contact our Deezer Support Team as soon as possible and one of our agents will help you to change the email in your account and provide a provide a password reset link to change your password.
Please let me know if the problem persists once you’ve done that.

Hi there, I have new devices connecting to my Deezer account everyday.

it obviously stops my music.

i want to change the password but I have created this Deezer account probably 10y ago and don’t have access to my email anymore.

i am therefore stuck to change email and password.

what are my options please

I’ve always logged in using my facebook account so far.

I would like now to use a specific login and password for deezer.

Other e-mails from Deezer arrive without any issue on my account e-mail address. Only the password reset e-mail never arrives. Nothing in spam either.

Is there any other solution? Another address or phone number for Deezer to reach me?
