Basically you go to the queue itself and click on “New playlist” in the top right corner.

This only works with the web version or desktop app. With smartphone there is no way to copy the collected song list from the queue to a playlist.
Thank you for replying, I am looking into other music listening options due to Deezer not fulfilling my expectations.
