Deezer uses lyrics from LyricFind, you might want to register with their service usually through a distribution partner and you can then be publishing your lyrics there and they’ll show up on Deezer.

as soon as i add to deezer does it sync the lyrics?

Normally it should take some time to reflect, could be hours or a few days depending on several factors.
