I already tried that as I saw it in another thread, but nothing is there. There is Flow, my top July and 5 daily. No family mix.

Hey @Reither the devs told me that since your Family subscription is quite new there is not enough info to generate the Family track mix yet.
The mix is based on streams made during the last month. It requires a sufficient amount of streams from at least 2 accounts to generate a mix.
It requires about week. Deezer computes your profile weekly so you need to match this first requirement first, which is enough stream from 2 profiles at least. Then you’ll have a family mix updated every day.

Thank you for the explanation. We just assumed Family mix was based on our favorite tracks, which we all already have a lot of. Guess we will just have to be patient and wait for it to show up. Would be nice if Family mix was user adjustable, so that e.g. we could set it to play a mix of each members favorite tracks, and not having it based on streams, which sometimes are made up of listens to new music that may not end up being favorits.

Going on one month now and still no Family mix..

And it still doesn’t work

Instead of all those fancy alghorithms  why not just make it a mix of all family members Favorite Tracks (the Ones), then it would work from day one?

Our developers have been able to find the problem with your account and working on a permanent fix. They have confirmed that your Family Mix will be available after the 2nd January.
