I can't access  my downloaded music it has a lock

    Hi ite stored in internal memory,since yesterday I can access my downloaded music, all is well,thank you

    Hi @Maureen332, just to understand how to reproduce this issue, You click on favourites>downloaded music and you get the error above in the screenshot?
    Could you also confirm if you have the Deezer app stored in the internal memory or SD card?
