Hello all,





I have a recurring problem with Dezeer player on Firefox and Google Chrome, and on Deezer app for mac OS X.





Everytime I want to listen a playlist, either one of my playlists, an entire album or any playlist "inspired by...", Deezer keeps playing the first song of the playlist again and again, and can't go to the next song. When I clik on the "next" button, it stops playing, and restart the song... just as if there were only one song in the playlist.





The only playlist that works correctly is the flow... That's very frustrating. I tried to empty cache and cookies of my navigators, but it didn't solve the problem.





Have anyone got this problem and solved it ?

Have you checked if you're logged on with the correct account details for your Family subscription? We haven't had other users reporting something of this nature. Let me know!

Yes, I am connected using my sister's account. When I use her profile or other profiles - excepted mine - on the same account, Deezer works perfectly fine. There's only a problem with my profile.

I have the same problem, i’ve tried all posible solutions mentioned in the web but there’s no solution that works

I have the same problem. Music stops after played song. After reload page I can listen only one song and after deezer stops again...

In what device is this happening? Have you tried clearing the cache?

Please let us know if you're using a Deezer app or something else, and the version could be useful too :thumbsup_tone2:


Hi, I have the same issue. Deezer plays one song, then stops. The only song I can play is said song. I have to reload Deezer to play another song, and the same problem is there.

 

I’m using Deezer on firefox web browser.

 

Happens for all playlists, even the flow.


Hey @borbag have you tried in a different browser already? Just to confirm that the problem is only with Firefox?

Hey sorry I didn’t respond, I guess the problem stopped by itself after a few days?

 

It’s back again though, this time I’m on chrome on a macbook. It also happens in the deezer app on the same machine. It’s fine on my phone though.

It’s been like that for two weeks now I think


we are having the same problem which only started a week ago, selecting play all just plays the same song again and again. we can manually advance to the next song but that is not the idea of a playlist.

we are using a samsung tablet to control a bluesound streaming device.

This is a completely new problem. we have had deezer the bluesound and the tablet for a couple of years with none of this.

I do not see a solution do I need to switch to another streaming service

 


Hey @Barbara J Beckett could you please do the following?:

  • Log out of Deezer on all devices it might be logged in
  • Delete Deezer from the Bluesound app
  • Turn off your sound system device for 1-2 minutes
  • Turn it back on
  • Add Deezer to the Bluesound app
  • Login again
