Which version of the deezer app is installed?
Where is the music stored? On SD card or internal memory?

Latest version of deezer,updated,I always go in the App to access my music 

That's already clear. But where exactly is the music stored?

Where is the music supposed to be stored ,I still can't access my downloaded music .I open music on albums or playlist

This is the problem I'm still experiencing, I gave updated the app don't know what to do 

Hi @Maureen332, just to understand how to reproduce this issue, You click on favourites>downloaded music and you get the error above in the screenshot?
Could you also confirm if you have the Deezer app stored in the internal memory or SD card?
