Hey Ruth! From which device are you having this problem? Do you receive an error message?

Do you have a Deezer subscription?

Hi Yula,

Yes I have a subscription, its on my Apple laptop which is connected to my ampli. I dont think the problem is in the computer as this doesnt happen when I eg watch TV through it.

thanks

There is a setting that disconnects you once you leave the app after a certain amount of time.check if its enabled on your device

How is Deezer connected to your google nest? Do you start playing content via casting, voice control or cable connection with a mobile device?

I usually get on with voice commands. This is when I see the most problems with it turning off.  I've been trying to figure out if it's after a certain song on my playlist or time frame and I haven't been able to find a pattern. Then I started playing via casting and it seems to be even more finicky.

@donihunt

If using voice control the stream directly goes to the speaker, also if casting.
So imho it could be a problem of your network connection that is dropping the signal or of your google nest device. For casting you can try to set a lower stream quality in Deezer apps audio setting.
