Instagram integration

Look, i want to send a print screen to my instagram stories by pressing a button.

Can you guys do that?

Back in time last.fm could update my online status on msn or google talk.

I already share prints, but there are too many steps.

Could you please make it happen from a menu option?

This is is a good idea, but it depends on Instagram if they implement a feature that allows us to do this.

it's now possible for other apps to share to instagram (as a post not a message as it currently does) - is this something that Deezer will do soon?

having a think after your reply I wanted to mention that it's not really the same thread. Originally instagram didn't allow developers to "share to" from most apps (only really photo apps) but the news article above shows they've only just changed this for 3rd parties to link to (e.g. Deezer). so I hope your dev guys have spotted this as it's a new development really! 🙂

we are well aware of this as mentioned above 😉.

It is the same idea as the idea is to share music you are listening to to Instagram. We are looking into this currently and hopefully we can soon share our favourites on Instagram 😉

Truth be told, Spotify is a big success. Did they do a partnership with Instagram and the "Share what I'm listening" feature is exclusive to them? Too bad if this is the case, but if Instagram Sharing API is open and Deezer just haven't implemented yet, too bad as well, because we're a loyal community but not for granted. We deserve cools features as well.

I was wondering why Deezer does not allow us to add friends or followers in an easier way and share songs, playlists or artists in a well conceived feed.
You could follow friends, brands, artists that would share their latest music crushes.
So many of my friends share what they re listening to on their Instagram stories which is really frustrating because there is not an easy way to go from the Insta story to Deezer.
Any comments or answers to my thoughts?

I agree @Myanne I'd love to be able to share to Instagram stories (like other music streaming apps do!).

I hope to be able to share deezer music on the Instagram story. Enough deezer images and logos in the image for 15-30 seconds. Like this

So guys, i like a lot Instagram Stories and had been funny as i'm a developer, trying to create a way to generate a "song pic" almost the same spotify has with instagram, an new good way to share your mood in instagram, so i created a website to generate a pic taking a song from deezer and generating a pic to share on insta stories!

We should share the music we love in the Instagram story, but we can't do that. Spotify users can share. Why isn't this privilege given to Deezer users? As a deezer user I ask, deezer more beautiful than spotify and we definitely love to share the story of the songs we want to update. thanks

Our devs told us Instagram Stories integration is being rolled out to all of you by the end of this month!

If you haven't updated the Deezer app, please make sure you do (iOS 7.3.0.3 and ANDROID 6.0.6.79). For iPhone users I know sometimes it doesn't show up on the Apple Store updates straight away, so just search for Deezer and download the app again.

Some users may update the app but not get the feature straight away - don't worry. It's coming in bits 🤓
