When I’m trying to shuffle any music, it keeps jumping back to the same one song after a few seconds of playing any other can somebody help me it’s driving me crazy I even tried powering my phone off and I didn’t help

Could you provide more details on what device you’re using, what OS version, Deezer Version, How can we reproduce the issue, etc?
In the meantime:
- Uninstall Deezer completely
- Restart your device
- Install Deezer and Sign back in
- Go to Deezer Settings » Data and Storage
- Depending on your device, allocate enough space for Smart Cache as shown in the example below:
I’d say at least 1GB should give you an ideal listening experience.
PS: Please also make sure you have an active subscription with Deezer
