This is third time when my family plan is reset to free and all family members removed. Apparently, you are not able to provider service we paid for. I see paying for the whole year was a huge mistake. I want my money back.

I can understand your frustration, but please contact the Deezer support.

The users here on this Community are also Deezer users and aren’t able to help you.

That I don’t know. But you can also reach out using the chat if your subscription issue is still there.


Ive been paying for premium for almost a year now and its not working and customer service is horrible. I even sent screen shots of my account being charged and they still didn't fix the issue. Deezer is a joke. Ive been loyal to them and this is the thanks I get? Im going to cancel my subscription, and wash this out of my life
